SHARE A SHOUT-OUT
Celebrate Someone Special and Brighten Their Day!
Use this easy form to send a quick “Shout-Out” to recognize a parent, teacher, staff member, volunteer, or anyone who makes a difference at SMLS. Whether it’s a kind gesture, a job well done, or something you love about our school, we’ll share these shout-outs at our next PTL meeting, at the PTL Hub and on our website... and with them personally.
You may choose to remain anonymous if you’d like!
